Old truths, plainly held
We are a confessional Baptist church. We hold the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired, inerrant, and sufficient Word of God — our only rule of faith and life. We believe the gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, lived, died, and rose again to save sinners.
We preach the Word expositionally, baptize believers, observe the Lord's Supper, and affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 as a faithful summary of biblical doctrine.
In summary
The Scriptures
The Bible — sixty-six books, Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and our final authority for faith and practice.
God
There is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in power and glory.
Humanity & Sin
People are made in God's image yet fallen in sin, unable to save themselves and in need of a redeemer.
Jesus Christ
The eternal Son became man, lived without sin, died a substitutionary death, rose bodily, and reigns as Lord and only mediator.
Salvation by Grace
Sinners are justified by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — not by works, lest anyone should boast.
The Church
The church is the gathered people of God, marked by the right preaching of the Word and the right administration of baptism and the Lord's Supper.
Baptism & the Lord's Supper
We baptize believers by immersion and gather regularly at the Lord's Table to remember and proclaim Christ's death until he comes.
Last Things
Jesus Christ will return bodily to judge the living and the dead, and to make all things new for the joy of his people.

Our Church Covenant
A faithful summary of how the Bible calls us to live together as a local church.
We have been led, by the Spirit of God, to repent and receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. On the profession of our faith, we have been baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We do now, in the presence of God, angels, and this assembly, most solemnly and joyfully renew our covenant with one another as one body in Christ.
We will walk together in brotherly love and exercise an affectionate care and watchfulness over each other and faithfully admonish and entreat one another as occasion may require.
We will not forsake the assembling of ourselves together and will work and pray for the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
We will rejoice at each other's happiness and strive with tenderness and sympathy to bear each other's burdens and sorrows.
We shall be faithful in proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ, in prayer, in the study of God's Word, the practice of Christian stewardship, and the nurturing of Christian fellowship.
We shall contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the church, and the spread of the gospel through all the nations.
We shall be concerned about our families, especially that they be Christian, that faithful love exists between husband and wife, and that our children are loved and cared for.
We will seek, by submission to the Holy Spirit, to live carefully in the world, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, and striving to live in holiness and righteousness.
We shall remember each other in prayer, aid each other in sickness and distress, and show Christian concern in feeling and speech.
We shall be slow in offense and always ready for reconciliation without delay.
We shall, when we leave this body of believers for biblical reasons, as soon as possible, unite with some other church that carries out the spirit of this covenant and the principles of God's Word.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all. Amen.
